Would I be better off just accepting myself as overweight and getting on with my life? Or would I be better off just following a strict diet and taking the weight off without all this inner (and outer) dialogue about it?

I struggle with this a lot. Sometimes I am so tempted by the Jenny Craig type diets. I would like someone to come in and just give me what I should eat each day without my having to agonize over it all. Sometimes I don't care or want to figure out why I do what I do. Sometimes I think, does it really matter? Why don't I just 'do it' and stop agonizing about the reasons why?

Good questions, wish I had good answers.
