		<description>I think if I didn&#039;t have a scale, it would be too easy for me to slip into denial.  It takes quite a bit of added weight before my clothes get too tight to fit.  I&#039;ve learned to recognize the rhythms of my body&#039;s ups and downs.

I&#039;m scared of gaining back all the weight that I&#039;ve lost.  The scale is one of my most potent tools to ensure that doesn&#039;t happen, even if I&#039;m not successful in taking off any additional weight.</description>
