		<description>Millie, it may be just a thought, but it&#039;s a damn good one. I find I have the same effect when I exercise. Now that I&#039;m doing some weight training again, I feel better about my body when it has that &quot;good-pain&quot; soreness from pushing it just a bit farther than last time. It&#039;ll be a while before I can lift as much weight as Cathe Friedrich does in her DVDs, but I&#039;m ok with that. I&#039;m trying to life 1/3 to 1/2 of what she&#039;s lifting. And that feels good. And you know what else makes me feel better about my body? This is REALLY silly, but it&#039;s the honest truth. Wearing weight lifting gloves when working out with weights. Just a small thing like that can make me feel like a &quot;real&quot; exerciser--not like I&#039;m just playing around. And that fuels my desire to keep going!</description>
