I'm so sorry that you have to wake up and face this all again this morning. I'm thinking of you friend. As long as you know at your core that you are worth more than a 2/5 - and I think you DO know that - then you can go out and sell your skills to a better employer. Scary? As hell......but don't let that stop you from dipping your toes in what should be warmer and cleaner water elsewhere.
