There are things that I really like that I don&#039;t miss because I can&#039;t eat them and keep the weight off - or I&#039;m still not able to control how much of them I eat.  I marvel at my friend who keeps a large bar of chocolate on her counter and makes it last a week.  But other things are &quot;work-arounds&quot;, like real butter - I&#039;d rather eat is sparingly than have large portions of low fat margarine.
