And I think it goes hand-in-hand with something I read last week - we need to keep a definite goal in mind all the time. I have a tendency to just think that "I want to be thinner" or "I want to lose 40 lbs." I like the concept, and I'm going to think about the number I want and keep it planted in my head. It won't be 139 - at least not now - but it will be a number. You know, Millie, that really hit home for me.
